Trying to get back into a habit of walking once a week again, though I will say the psoas issue is hindering me massively. We choose a low easy terrain walk, so Wolfecote it is.

Open fields and into a woodland, and following a gentle flowing river, with wooden bridges and wildlife galore to watch. The good weather has meant this walk isn’t the mudfest we had last time see here

We went off route to explore a cave, I can’t climb in but Mr Moon can. We carried on above and found another one, we were also looking for a good drone flying spot. And we found a perfect place, where we sat for 90mins just enjoying our sandwiches and sunshine.

After having a good rest, we set off for the more enclosed quarry end, knowing that there is another cave to explore, this part of the walk isn’t a nice energy, no idea why, just feels more ominous here.

We plod onwards and because it’s upwards, we soon break out of the enclosed quarry feeling, and back into open fields and views all around. Feet are super painful probably from new insoles and my lower back is in pieces. Definitely hurting more than I should be.
