I’m really itching to get back to yoga, but hand is nowhere near ready for that. But I feel the back and hips need it, so I need to find some hands free versions. And now we’ve had some improvement on weather, it’s time to get out again and try to walk, though walking stick/pole is still in the wrong hand, which is surprisingly harder on the back and hips than I ever imagined.

This thumb surgery has had a far greater impact on the hips than I thought possible, so it’s held me back. Worth it though to remove the arthritic pain from the hands, just longer than the left hand in recovery, as I rely so heavily on this hand.

On grounds like this I used a walking pole in the left hand mostly, and we ended up having a really good day out. I did need my medical Thc/Cbd oil and extra tramadol for my lower back pain, but the left hip, and psoas area was awesome. Right (older hip) wasn’t as good, purely from me using the stick in the wrong hand. When I did switch it for a bit, to test it out. The pain the outer hip and outer knee had, vanished. So at least I know it won’t stay, especially once I’m cleared to put weight through the hand.

Will the back pain ever go? Seriously I doubt it at this point, considering how old the hips are now (Right is Jan 2019) and (Left is Aug 2021) but we plod on, grateful I can get out a bit and the hips are behaving.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted about my Medical Cannabis, and that’s honestly because it’s not really changed in dose, and until now I’ve not had an appointment, my last one was November 2023, and it’s been 3 months so I’m due again. I’m hoping once I’ve been on this system for 1year I can go to 6 monthly appointments, as I’m pretty happy to stay the same really.

The Adven oil hybrid/indica [EMT2/EMC1] full spectrum: 20mg THC, 10mg CBD /ml 30 millilitres in a 30ml bottle is what I’ve had for the last 6 months, I probably could stay on this indefinitely to he honest, sometimes I wish it was a little stronger, so I could take less amount of oil for same effect, but maybe I shouldn’t rock a boat that’s been effective??

But I’m extremely appreciative that this has took away that forever nagging low grumble back pain away. Which is why I hadn’t posted and updated. It still does not take away acute sudden or sharp pains such as my hand pains away, but they come and go and don’t take over everything in your mind, unlike hips and back.

I had previously found that while walking and going out a constant 0.05ml every 2 hours was more beneficial than a single dose morning then at night. But now I’m mostly trapped in at home, I’m now taking 1.5ml morning and 1.5ml at bedtime. So roughly the same overall just different methods of taking it. It’s a lot easier to take and go off and about your day, than constantly time the doses and take. So I think this new way is the way for a while. Need to test it out on a walk really, but surgery is getting on the way. It will be a test to see how it is 9ver surgical pain too, as surgery is less than 2 weeks away now.

We had a good discussion and as the thc isn’t really increased in terms of value for money, I’m on the right oil. So just increase and decrease doses as I see fit. As it’s been 4 appointments I can automatically go onto pay every 6 months, but do an appointment online between the 2 appointments but it’s free. So that’s all good. Requested the prescription, which will take a few days to show up in the patient portal, then I can pay for it and await the courier timeframe. Super efficient and smooth, shame all doctors and appointments aren’t this good in the NHS.

As it’s been 3 months, I have to uphold the agreement to have an appointment every 3 months now I’ve done the first initial 2. My last appointment was August, so here we are it’s 3 months later. Going to be a challenge as I’ve got Laryngitis, so no voice!! I’ve emailed to see if I can reschedule, as I’ve gotten so much worse. Wonder if they will? They HAVE. Yay have to ring once voice is back to reschedule.

Can’t talk about it more like! Barely a whisper comes out

The Adven oil hybrid/indica [EMT2/EMC1] full spectrum: 20mg THC, 10mg CBD /ml 30 millilitres I got in a 30ml bottle, has served me well, and I don’t see a need to change at all. So I’m pretty sure the appointment is a waste of time, but it’s in the contract to see them (well zoom appointment)

Though I am suffering a lot more as the weather has turned, so it might be worth asking advice. As I type this with hands that are getting stiffer, and an elbow with tendonitis (great!) I’ve chosen the lady I spoke to last time, as she made me feel comfortable.

Technically they call it lateral epicondylitis, or tennis elbow. I have not played tennis 🤣

It’s been 16 days since we came home from our adventures in Cornwall, Glastonbury and Whitby. And I’ve mainly been in a flare, resting and just not up to much. So haven’t done a daily dose post, as I’ve definitely took less oil and meds at home, in a bid to save them for activity days. Which I realise is madness as instantly my pain increased and been in a flare since. If that’s not confirmation it works then I don’t know what will.

So this was my kick up the ass to be more regular and consistent. So last week (8th November) I thought it’s Time to set alarms every 3 hours and see how that works. It works!! Much better to have a nudge to remember.

MONDAY We left Glastonbury Sunday night, so we woke up in our own bed, heaven. Slept so solidly. I knew I wasn’t moving much, so just 0.1ml at bedtime, back to just 1 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib. Started wash and dry mountain of clothes, unpacking holiday bits, but also rearranging things to pack again for Whitby Goth Weekend. Feels nice to get hot water bottles back on the back too. Feet souls are now healed.

TUESDAY Feeling so much better, so getting more productive, made jewellery to post off. Emptying more bags and putting things away. 0.05ml oil afternoon. 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib. 0.05ml teatime. Starting to plan our clothes to pack for Whitby Goth Weekend.

Coming home to a flooded house, burst pipes and it’s freezing cold has plunged us into a bit of a post holiday depression. It’s so overwhelming. But trying to get organized for a quick trip to Whitby goth weekend, and arranging roofers for when we are back too.

WEDNESDAY Popped out to get essentials for trip. Been more sporadic with taking the oil, and then wondering why back pain is horrendous 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ not smart am I? Forgot to take any until bedtime again, brain is racing with how much to do. Hot water bottles are a godsend, and still on 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib. Feeling super sluggish and stiff. Hard to believe I was walking last week. I could easily stay bedbound this week.

THURSDAY Slept so much better last night, but my cycle has returned and suddenly all the extra pains and loose joints make sense. So being sensible I’m returning to last week’s super successful routine. 0.05ml oil 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib in the morning.

FRIDAY Up at 4.30am to drive to Whitby. Sticking to the usual 0.05ml oil and once again upping the doses to more frequently, and increasing tramadol. We arrive to an extremely rainy moody Whitby for the Goth Weekend. Mostly walking about the town, so steps, wet leaves and slippy areas to watch out for. We had a fantastic day even though we were soaked to the skin, I didn’t risk wearing antlers. We ended the evening early to make up for lack of sleep the night before.

SATURDAY That sleep was immense and so needed, woke up so fresh!! We rustle up much needed coffee and breakfast. Wearing more sensible clothing, we head back out to the event. And omg it was PACKED. Soon felt like we needed a breather. Same routine of oil 0.05ml X 2 and 2 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib.

SUNDAY Noticed I’m forgetting the oil at times, mainly due to being in town and not getting it out in front of people. So I’m feeling the increased pains. Extra stiff and lead feeling legs. So trying to stay on track. Managed to do 0.05ml X 3 today and 2 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib. Walking is getting harder over time, been worth the pains. Seeing the abbey yesterday would of killed off my legs. Rain is back so we watched BBC ones Dracula episode one in the morning, and didn’t get out until afternoon. Enjoyed episode 2 before bed.

MONDAY Traveling home day, but before going home, we headed to Bridlington flamborough head to try and see some wild seals. I could of cried seeing these, I was grateful seeing a couple, but carried on walking a bit and saw about 60!! Increased to 0.1ml X 3 as it’s a car traveling day, and the weekend has ruined my hips and back. What a perfect weekend, that even the rain couldn’t dampen our spirits.

I missed last week, as I knew it would go live while I was away, so instead I opted to miss the week. Besides because we were mainly at home and not doing much, the level of cannabis oil was the same each day.

However on Friday 13th October we embarked on our holiday travels, so this would change the level of meds greatly, and put the oil to a massive test.

FRIDAY It’s been a week of packing and washing and organising. But today is the day it’s finally traveling day. As we have nothing but traveling and settling in planned today, sticking with 0.1ml dose in the morning, with 1 tramadol, and 1etoricoxib. Midday we left and I topped myself up with 0.1ml and 1 tramadol. Back absolutely agony already, in a new car so it could be the new position.

SATURDAY ooooft we did not sleep well, even though we were shattered. Hopefully this is just the typical first night insomnia we always get 🤣. Up for breakfast and had 0.05ml, and mid morning another 0.05ml and by dinner time I’d had 2 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib. We had coastal walk planned so lots of elevations and descents. In the afternoon I had a third 0.05ml and felt the smaller doses but often were far more effective than 1 big dose. We rewarded ourselves with fish and chips, and S’mores. Heavenly. Had 0.1ml for bed.

SUNDAY slept like a log, which was needed after the last 2 nights. Feeling restored and rested. Body is sore though and stiff. To be expected. Keeping with same doses today, see if this works again, 0.05ml oil and 1 etoricoxib, 1 tramadol for morning. Mid morning I had another 0.05ml dose, then afternoon followed by another 0.05ml and 1 tramadol as well, then again in the evening 0.05ml. Considering I was doing lots of steps and ascents on hills this worked well for pain, and gnawing aches. Learning that little and often is truly working better.

MONDAY Slept better, I think the sea air is helping, and our walks too. Today was a beautiful Rocky Valley Walk, and while it’s difficult in places, mostly it’s fine underfoot. The doses of 0.05ml oil X 5 a day have helped massively. Along with 2 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib. It’s been a game changer, and opened my eyes on how to make the oil work for me. My legs are brushing from the walk, as I don’t have good blood veins, so the pressure of walking does tear the fibers and creates a bruise. So to be keeping me in a manageable state of pain is impressive.

TUESDAY Didn’t sleep as well, but we slept for a long time, as it was in fits and starts. We needed the rest to be honest. Elbow is giving me a lot of pain. 0.05ml oil doses X 4 and 0.1ml for bed time today. The wind really zapped me of energy today, leg felt like a lead weight, mainly due to the psoas, but it’s also quite swollen compared to the right leg. The left legs bruises and knee pain have been twinging today, so I’ve tried to raise them up more at rest, and use ibuprofen gel as well.

WEDNESDAY It’s a rainy day, and I’m very sore, so the plan is a gentle day indoors at the Witchcraft Museum at Boscastle. Which we scrapped as the weather changes, so opted for another coastal walk around the Rumps, iron fort area. Dramatic views, crashing waves on sharp rocks, and sea as far as the eyes could see. Took 0.05ml X5 and this with 2 tramadol and etoricoxib seem to be the BEST sweet spot, so I can function, but not have peaks and troughs of pain relief. This way it’s little and often, to keep it at an even keel. Pretty impressive, to keep that back pain in check.

THURSDAY our last full day here in Cornwall, so St Nectans Glen walk, and the witchcraft museum. Planned to have 0.05ml X 4 but it ended up X 2 instead. Felt good enough to completely miss doses. Though took 2 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib. Quietly Impressed with how well the body has been coping, not to say I’m pain free as that’s unicorn status!! But manageable I will take it!

Harriet (bless her, I love to send her some love)

FRIDAY it’s traveling day, off to Glastonbury and prepare for the Witchy Fae Fairy Fayre and watching the Border Morris. So lots of sitting in the car and taking it easy today, weirdly this HURTS the back and hips so much more!! 0.05ml X 5 to cope with it.

SATURDAY it’s event day, and I took a huge Fall, landed on my walking stick so bruised the shin bone and hurt my hip and knee. Mr Moon was holding my other hand so I fell slower and nicer than I would have had he not been there. This is why we need carers!! He does so much to help me walk evenly by always holding my one side, opposite to my stick. Though I fell I stuck to the same dose of 0.05ml X 4 and 2 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib.

SUNDAY event day 2, feet are getting super sore, standing is getting hard now. More sitting needed and lots of rest wanted too. So we strolled slowly and took the decision to go home after tea in Glastonbury. Mentally I don’t want to ever go home, but body needs it. 0.05ml X 2 as again it slipped my mind to take more, even though I was aching all over. 2 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib.

It’s been a week since the walk, the one that crippled me! So back down the dose and tramadol, and no side effects. Happy days.

Plan this week is to Bleach and Dye my hair, wash and straighten. Now for most people this will be a day or 2 day event. However for me it’s so much longer!!

MONDAY Still resting more, but at least I’ve reduced the tramadol successfully. 0.1ml X 3. Had an epic movie marathon.

TUESDAY Bleach session 1, felt the back a lot when I was washing off the bleach. Thankfully Mr Moon puts the bleach on as I don’t think my arms could handle that much work. Psoas ache and back pain are my worst enemies at the moment.

Actually managed to make bracelets, haven’t done this for so long, not this style anyways. Hand felt reasonable.

WEDNESDAY Bleach session 2, thank goodness we broke this up into parts, it so exhausting sitting on hard chairs and bending over the bath to wash off. 0.2ml morning then 0.1ml at night.

I saw a full TV advert for sapphire, hopefully this will help breakdown the stigma.

THURSDAY 0.1ml morning, Trying to hear myself up for sitting again in the chair, ready for the pink hair dye (thank goodness we only do this once a year! Bleach and pink) I freshen pink up after 3 months or so. Again Mr Moon is the one putting it on, as it’s too hard for me. 0.1ml bedtime.

FRIDAY Today I’m out out, looking for goodies for holiday to take with us, like foods, and drinks, pamper sessions etc. We go next week (excited but tired and sore) and I made the mistake of forgetting meds and oil in the morning, instant regret and suffering. Managed to grab a coffee at greggs and took tramadol to tie me over, then once home took etoricoxib, and paracetamol. At tea time I took the oil. 0.1-5ml. Back is killing but it could be due to sitting on hard chairs for 3 days doing my hair.

SATURDAY I get the lovely job of pup sitting, so I’m a tad achy and stiff (thank you cold weather) so 0.1-5ml for the morning, along with tramadol and etoricoxib. Had another 0.1-5ml at bedtime, and hot water bottles. Hands are feeling the damp weather and elbows too.

SUNDAY Slept in, no alarm, that was lovely. Slow day of movies and packing so just 0.1ml for midday. Been loving the Saw franchise (mad as I swear I wouldn’t, hence why I’d not seen any until this week!!) And old horrors like critters, nightmare on elm Street, pet semetary. 0.1ml at bedtime, it’s been a good day today even though hands have hurt.

Been doing this embroidery, not too painful on the hands at least.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to post under this category of posts, but then I realised I do it for myself as much as the reader, the diary of it all, seeing things go up and down, medical changes etc. So if you are bored of these post forgive me, but I’m using them periodically as a journal through my life.

MONDAY we had popped out Sunday night, so car camped and today we walk. Up to Luds church and amble in the Peak District. First outing since dental surgery. So I’m still on at least 2 or 3 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib, and paracetamol. O.1-5ml morning, 0.05ml afternoon, 0.1-5ml bedtime. In the walk I found my Left outer hip wanting to give way, groin pain (this hip replacement is 4yrs old) so that’s concerning, knee pain and even ankle pain. Got home and slept solidly for about 10hours!!

TUESDAY I was in so much pain, it was a total ‘no move’ day for me..02ml oil in the morning, 2 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib, and 0.1-5ml bedtime. Binge watched loads of horror movies, besides the pain it was a good day. Now even my neck aches, knee and ankle have been pretty much ok. But right hip is so so painful and my back pain.

WEDNESDAY Still not my best, feeling ALL the pains still (this used to be like this before, but had gone, and I was recovering from activities faster. I feel like I’ve gone backwards) So instead of 2 larger doses, I’m going to see if adding more doses but smaller ones help more painwise. 0.1ml X 3

THURSDAY Finding things to do while I let my body heal, mind wants to do things but body says Hell No. Easing off a bit, but there’s little I can do except sit with hot water bottles and recover. 0.1ml oil X 3 but reduced tramadol back down to 1 a day. Etoricoxib as well.

FRIDAY Slept a bit better, so I even managed a few chores, but the hand isn’t the best so I don’t want to push it. 0.1ml X 3 again, and 1 tramadol, etoricoxib. Outer hip pain still lingering, but groin pain eased up. Psoas on left hip pulled as I sneezed, absolute agony, can’t wait to have a steroid injection in this.

SATURDAY Such a stiff upper back, hurts to look to the left. Starting to feel better, moving a bit more, so had 0.2ml morning, 0.1ml tea time. Mainly did some chores, though right hand is getting worse. Shift in the air, means increased pains and stiffness, autumn’s truly began.

SUNDAY Rain rain rain how I feel you in the joints, pinch grip still painful on my hand, but improving. 0.1ml in the morning, then 0.1ml at night, I knew I didn’t need to do much today, so didn’t want to take too much. Back to a more manageable level of pain, as it’s all slowly returning. Psoas is raw still but it often is.

As you know I’ve been dealing with dental surgery pain, so this week my pharmaceutical meds have increased. Especially one tooth extraction really aches as it was hooked at the root, and was more sideways, wasn’t pleasant coming out. But this won’t be for long I hope. I’m still taking at least 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib daily and one day I hope to be done with them. It may seem like the oil isn’t working, but since having the oil I don’t have the grinding pain in the back, I have some pains so not pain free, but far more comfortable. And I sleep loads better too. So to me it’s a win and worth it.

Maybe if I massively increased doses I would get to painfree, but financially that’s not going to work for me as it’s expensive enough on me taking a small amount.

MONDAY day 3 of dental surgery recovery, and feeling better. Icing the jaw helps. And increased tramadol. 0.2ml oil in morning. 1 tramadol morning, then 1 tramadol afternoon, 2 paracetamol. Actually managed to do a few chores, so I’m on the mend. 0.1ml early evening.

TUESDAY Did not sleep well, throbbing mouth pain, so I’ve at 4.20am and 1 tramadol, then back to sleep. 1 tramadol 10.30am and 1 etoricoxib. 0.1-5ml oil at midday. Feeling better after a painful night. Managed to do some chores, some Etsy jewellery listing, cooking etc. 1 tramadol 4.30pm and again at 9pm. 0.1-5ml oil at 9.30pm hoping this helps pain and sleep.

WEDNESDAY Slept a million times better. Woke again at 4.30am but I turned over and fell asleep again. Took tramadol at 9.30am followed by 0.1-5ml oil at 11.30am. I have guests today so I hope I don’t feel too tired, I shouldn’t do as I did sleep all night. Managed to not nap all day. 0.1-5ml at bedtime and paracetamol.

THURSDAY Slept well, had lavender and vervain tea before bed which helped. Tramadol at 10.30am as mouth has a dull ache. Getting pretty bad migraines this week, since my extractions. Sticking to the same oil routine 0.1-5ml X 2 a day for now as we aren’t doing anything more than recovering at home.

FRIDAY it’s now a week since the dental surgery, and only one part is still sore, the one where the tooth was hooked at the root and sideways, which has made the tooth adjacent that root is now hypersensitive, and getting lots of migraines. So it’s improving. 0.1.5ml oil and 3 tramadol, (over all day) 1 etoricoxib and 2 paracetamol around dinner time. Starting to be able to do more, so that’s good.

SATURDAY we stayed up until 2am, so my morning 7am wake up for painkillers was a bit early, so I grabbed the tramadol, enjoyed the sunrise of Autumn Equinox, and then went back to sleep for a bit. At dinner time I had my 0.1-5ml dose of oil. I like this routine of oil, it’s definitely a huge benefit. Not sure it’s going to be worth to keep a daily note of it now, I’ve got the to right dose and usage.

SUNDAY I’m hoping to be able to wash my hair today, I’ve put it off as I didn’t want to make the blood rush to my jaw and root extraction site. I think I’ve given it enough time now. Besides the extra tramadol this dental surgery has caused, I’m in a happy place with hip and back pain. It feels so good to be able to say that. 0.1-5ml oil X 2 plus the Tramadol, Etoricoxib, and Paracetamol.

It’s now been 9 weeks in total, and 4 weeks on the combined CBD and THC oil, and I honestly prefer the combination one, less to carry and mess with, I don’t have to try and remember which dose for which oil. So all round it’s more freeing and simple to take.

MONDAY Yay woke up with my back all ok again, shocked as Sunday I could barely move! Just good timing too as I had shops to go to. 0.2ml morning and 0.1ml at tea time, put me right to sleep, so didn’t have a bedtime dose. Still slept well too. Still on 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib as usual

TUESDAY Rain is making me stiff but I managed to make some Halloween jewellery. 0.2ml in the morning. 0.05ml at tea time (to stop me falling asleep to early) then follow with 0.05ml at bedtime. This worked a treat. 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib

WEDNESDAY Trying to mentally and physically prepare myself for root removal at the dentist on Friday. Absolutely terrified if I’m honest. So I’ve prepared softer foods in a batch cook, straightened my hair (to keep it from being unruly) 0.2ml morning. Catching up on washing and putting clothes away. Will do 0.05ml at teatime and bedtime again. 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib

THURSDAY Slept not bad really. 0.2ml in the morning. Had some life admin and jewellery parcel to post off. Then We decided to see family for tea, which was lovely. Like a treat having a nice meal made for me before this dental work. 0.1ml for bedtime and watched a couple of movies. Hope my nerves are ok tomorrow. 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib

FRIDAY Dental day, so making sure the oil keeps my nerves at bay. 0.1ml morning, then 0.1ml afternoon before appointment. Nervous but oil helped, though I had the shakes from nerves. Had more tramadol as advised too. 7pm my head was starting to hurt from root extractions, so took 0.1ml for evening pain relief. I have to sleep upright, so I’ll be making sure I have a hot water bottle, pain meds like paracetamol, tramadol handy, drink and another 0.1ml oil as I go to bed. (Try and stay ahead of pain) Had 3 tramadol and 4 paracetamol, 1 etoricoxib

SATURDAY Slept better than I imagined I would, the extra 0.1ml oil at night helped. Mouth feels ok ish, worse thing is the taste of copper coins metallic (blood). But tonight I can start salty mouthwashes once it’s been 24hrs. 0.1ml in the morning, I liked how I topped it up all day yesterday, so planning the same today. Tramadol morning, paracetamol dinner time. Staying ahead of pain. Afternoon 1 tramadol again, 0.1ml oil too. Bedtime 0.1ml hope I sleep well again. Hopefully we can go out and about soon, or at least do physio and yoga again. 2 paracetamol for bed.

SUNDAY Slept good, I even managed to sleep in a more normal position too, so that was good. Woke with face aching though. 1 tramadol, 1 etoricoxib. Then 0.1ml oil. Huge migraine afternoon, so 1 tramadol and 2 paracetamol to try and help. They say root extraction aches and pains subside after 72hrs, only been 48 so far. With the way they push, pull and lean on jaw, neck and head it’s no wonder it gets painful and swollen. Tried to do some chores, but leaning forward makes my head pound, so resting up. 0.1ml of oil at 7pm. Bedtime I had 1 tramadol to stop the throbbing. Worse day for pain if I’m honest.

Wow, now I can honestly say it’s working for me, the balance occasionally needs a tweak here and there. But we’ve been away, and my back pain has been greatly reduced from the oil.

I think because the low back pain is a low grumbling gnawing pain, it’s been able to that away, but sudden sharp acute pain, like in the 4yr old hip it couldn’t take away. But no matter, having that deep pain improve is a godsend to me.

MONDAY organised my Hydro sessions to be more locally, these should help with my psoas issues, and prepare me for the hip steroid injection. O.2-5ml X 2 good solid day and I managed to pack for our peak district adventure. Still taking at least 1 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib per day.

TUESDAY we arrived at our walk place, it’s baking hot (for us Brits) and it felt like a long slog. I had upped the dose to 0.2-5ml x 3 though I think it was a bit much, as I felt like glue at one point. I also had increased to 2 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib.

WEDNESDAY another glorious day, but wanting to avoid crowds we headed to a quieter part of the Peak District. Tweaked the dose to 0.2ml in the morning, 0.1ml afternoon and 0.2ml at night this was perfect! 2 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib.

THURSDAY body is in a lot of aches and pains, so we strolled along a pavillion garden and ate ice creams, watched the ducks and geese. Slow pace of day I repeated the 0.2ml in the morning 0.1ml afternoon and 0.2ml evening. Good dose.

FRIDAY I slept so heavy I didn’t move, today is a recovery day, so I didn’t want to waste my oil on a day I’m barely moving, so I had 0.1ml in the afternoon only.

SATURDAY I had a much needed binge watch of TV and got my blogging head on too. As I’m home I’m just taking less oil, 0.2ml in the morning and 0.1ml in the evening. Caught up on washing though. And put some camping stuff away.

SUNDAY I moved a bit fast, and my back did a spasm, and felt like a dead leg, numb and winded. I could barely walk, made a hot water bottle and rested all day 0.2ml morning and evening to control pain. Had a soak in the bath which also helped.
