It’s my last Witch Casket box for a while, and what better time to stop at, but the Winter Solstice. This month is the much requested Lunar Magick theme.

Each full moon, it’s good practice to capture some moon water, these can be added to drinks, spell work, bathing water, or water your plants with this magickal water, harness the power of the moon it this beautiful Moon Water Glass Bottle with a Crescent Moon and Stars on it.

A Beautiful Wooden Crescent Moon tray with Crystals etched inside, a perfect offering tray, or place your crystals in for safe charging under the full moon. I’m using mine for my Yule Offering, see previous post.

Magickal Moon Wooden Plaque to hang, show your love for the moon with this decorative plaque.

Out foraging, or taking much needed magickal supplies from place to place. This Moon Phase Tote bag is just what you need. Strong to hold a multitude of books and all important pine cones, feathers and rocks, all the treasures I find on my walks.

Rainbow Moonstone Pendulum, a simple divination tool, but a beautiful one too. Stunning gemstone Rainbow moonstone is thought to bring balance, harmony and hope while enhancing creativity, compassion, endurance and inner confidence. Rainbow moonstone is believed to help strengthen intuition and psychic perception, especially offering us visions of things that aren’t immediately obvious.

Our Incense this moon is Moon Magical Rose and Myrrh, as you light it say ” I call upon the power of the moon to surround me as I work my magick”

Our Ritual Kit of the month is a Manifestation Charm bag. The kit contains Bay leaves, Rosehips, Mini Parchment Scroll, White Drawing Bag, and instructions. Write down what your manifestations are on the Bay Leaves, set your intentions with the Rosehips, close the charm bag.

Enamel pin of the month, is a Cute Cat sleeping on a Crescent moon. Super adorable and magickal.

Magickal Phases of the Moon Parchment Scroll of the month, learn how each phase of the moon has a different type of magical attached to it, this helps you work with the rhythm and flow of nature rather than against.

Our Art Print of the Moon is of course a Moon, Luna Lamination shows a Witch and her familiar enjoying the rays of the moonlight while on their nighttime stroll.

It’s the last one for me, it gives me a change to have a different monthly box, save some money and more importantly, use up the supplies I have, and truly enjoy them. It’s a wonderful box to get and I highly recommend it.

I love Glastonbury, the only place you can be named, or barefoot, or a pink tutu wearing fairy and no one thinks it’s weird. A town where spirituality is paramount and encouraged. Can’t wait to come back again, these are my people 💓💖💗

Monday night last week we started our pilgrimage to Glastonbury town, ready for Tuesday night going to the Tor to watch the sun go down and come up on the Solstice Day!!

We settled for arriving at tea time, grabbing some fish and chips and finding our spot. We saw Red Deer and Barn Owls in the distance, beautiful rural area. So peaceful and warm. Heavenly first night which we needed to give us good energies for the following day.

We gently stroll around the town, visit the shops, have a Glastonbury pasty (the best) walked to the spring to visit shrines and have our quiet moments with the goddess.

We gathered our strength and slow slow walked to the Tor, spurred on by the Shamanic drumming.

I can’t describe the pain, but I’ve taken my painkillers, I took it as slow as I could to not overheat as it was boiling!! And to be precise in each step. We make it by 9.30pm.

This year I barely took photos or videos, we were just living it instead. The whole night was absolutely incredible, meeting some awesome folks.

By morning the sun is coming up around 4.45am and it’s freezing cold (what a difference to the night) we had wanted to go to the Chalice well but it didn’t open until 6.30am and I had honestly reached my level of pain, tiredness and cold. So we headed down at 5.30am and grabbed some much needed sleep.

Our Wednesday was a beautiful relaxing day, we had sunshine and good company. Once more around the shops, soaking up the atmosphere and energies. Though now the town is getting busier with the festival goers.

We ended our adventures on Thursday, our plan was the Spring and Chalice Well, which we walked bare foot, something I’ve never done before. It was divine. From the previous day’s my feet had been sore and aching so of course we walked in the healing waters of the Red Spring.

Obviously now we are feeling it!! Home and resting solidly as it’s needed. While we were away my youngest daughter mini moon herself gave birth on Solstice Day and her boy was born. What a magickal day!

Sunday is the main day, and also our last full day. The Opening ceremony is on around midday. Here we will cast the circle and call the quarters, East, South, West and North and welcome them to witness the ritual, the Beltane fire needs to be lit, but first we have to chase off Jack Frost.

Handfasting weddings are done after the main fire is lit, this time we had 2 Beltane fires and we were all invited to walk through the two. This is to drive off the cleanse ourselves for the new energies, and new starts of spring.

The afternoon sadly became a wet fest, so we retreated to the tent for a while. Tidied up and got ourselves ready for some tea, and coffee to warm up. And once again put fire clothes on ready for the last night of fire dancing, drums and stories.

We watched the sunset in the henge, we felt the sun as it peeked out before going to its bed. The warmth on our skin was heavenly, a promise of better days to come. Can’t believe it’s all over already. Monday is a solely pack up and drive home day. I didn’t want it to end, but alas my body can’t wait for my bed and hot water bottle.

It’s coming up to Samhain so I knew I would be looking forward to this box immensely. And the theme this time is manifestation magick.

First up is a Natural Raw Citrine Pendant, Citrine is a powerful stone for manifestation and willpower. The grounding energies of the stone will encourage new ideas, new beginnings, and set you on the path to realise your dreams and wishes.

The Crystal of the month is Pyrite, one I don’t already have which is nice to add a new one to my arsenal. Commonly used for abundance and prosperity. Also aids in protection, and believed to be a lucky stone.

The spell for the month is Manifestation of course, it came with Dandelion leaf, Rosemary and an Orange candle.

Which perfectly goes into the next item. The Candle holder. It has a lovely bowl around it to add your herbs or salts or oils as you cast your spell.

Pictured with the holder is the cutest altar bell I’ve ever seen. A bell is often used to signal the beginning and end of rituals, but can be used to cleanse and banish too. Ring to clear negative energies.

Magickal intention cards, cards to help aid your manifesting, choose to suit your desire, use as part of a spell or ritual. I pulled Presence straight away, something my brain struggles with. Yoga has been helping too.

A journal has been included, gorgeous embossed design, here you can jot down your dreams and wishes you want to manifest, and date it, include how you can help yourself mundanely, and how you can magickally.

To finish up we have a scroll which has the moon phases to aid your magickal workings. As using the moon phases properly will greatly aid them. Also pictured with the scroll is the incense this month. Blended with Patchouli and Orange, both known for their powers of manifestation.

The enamel pin this month is a gorgeous Pentacle pin, known for its protection properties, it also represents the Five Elements, Fire, Water, Earth, Air and Spirit, the five things essential to life, the circle contains and protects the points, and also connects them together.

The art print this month is beautiful and shows some magickal workings going on. Perfect to put on your altar or frame.

Sunday is the Full Moon, in Aries. Also known as the Hunters Moon. This month, the Full Moon will occur on October 9 at 4:55 p.m. EDT (20:55 GMT). It will appear full for about three days, so you’ll have plenty of time to walk under the moonlight.

What is the Hunter’s Moon?
The Hunter’s Moon is not associated with a particular month. In short, it is the Full Moon that comes right after the Harvest Moon.

You might recall that the Harvest Moon is the Full Moon closest to the autumnal equinox, which comes in September in the Northern Hemisphere and March in the Southern Hemisphere. The Harvest Moon may occur either in September or October (and in March or April in the Southern Hemisphere).

The Hunter’s Moon is the first Full Moon to follow the Harvest Moon. This means it may take place in October or November (in the Southern Hemisphere – in April or May).

Why is it called the Hunter’s Moon?
The farmers had traditionally finished reaping their fields under the light of the Harvest Moon. By the time of the next Full Moon, the fields were clean, so the hunters could easily see the animals prowling in search of food before the winter. Moreover, at this time of the month, the Moon rises at around dusk and sets at around dawn. The moonlight allowed the hunters to track down the prey into the late evening.

However you don’t have to get outside to enjoy the Moon, you can even enjoy during the day as you often can see it. This is what I did the other day, as I’ve been poorly sitting out in the cold won’t be good for me.

Instead I took the opportunity to have a coffee outside in the sunshine while honouring the moon, and burning some Wormwood for our spiritual ancestors.

If you do pop outside, and look up at the moon, be sure to check out Jupiter that can be viewed just above, looks like an extremely bright star.

Sending Full Moon Blessings to you all

What a box!! I’m totally impressed and I’m pleased I got this one. I’m still using my pieces from last month as well, as some pieces have a long term life (such as the pestle and mortar, flower press I’m testing out currently, and now the stirrer and funnel) What I love about the boxes the most is that it’s not larping/cosplay items, it’s real craft working items that get used and bought over and over again.

For Litha (aka Summer Solstice) I purchased a Witch in the Wilderness box from Here as it had an oil in I already wanted and a resin. So it worked out cheaper to buy like this and get extras too. So pleased with it.

We have a written success spell scroll (won’t show it incase it’s copyrighted). A couple of cards with the crystal, colours and flowers and herbs correspondences, and also one for a Litha ritual too. (Again won’t show the ritual card in case it’s copyrighted)

The Litha oil was in here which I’d had my eye on anyways, and Litha resin.

Included in the box was a freebie Rose quartz cube

I also had a protection powder included, see photo above the rose quartz. A beautiful big Tigers eye crystal, and 2 hand dipped Red candles. Which are amazing. And finally there was charcoal also included which I loved, as I actually di£nt have any, and I found this inclusion super helpful.

All the products that can be handmade, Like the Candles, Oil, Powder and Resin as all handmade and exclusive to Witch in the Wilderness, so you know it’s not generic and it’s made with such love and care, I can’t wait to get stuck in and burning my cares away.

I’m currently phasing out my #LookFantasic box so I can use what I have and have a break. So this is going to be my replacement, but not every month, as I have flexibility to stop and start at will.

Gorgeous art print by an in house designer exclusively for this Earth themed box.

So what did I get in this Earth Element Themed box you wonder. Well let me share, so first I saw the Print. Perfectly shows the symbol of the Earth Elemental.

An enamel pin, also the Earth symbol a witch casket exclusive.
A tigers eye crystal with the Earth Symbol, excellent grounding stone, helps to aid clear thinking, and empowerment. A witch casket exclusive.
A Gold coated Black ritual candle, heavy and substantial, use for banishing, letting go or hexing. The gold is for extra success.

Pictured with the Candle is a Parchment scroll, to explain the role of Earth in your magick, the scroll gives you an option to frame and hang in the house, or add to your Book of Shadows, handy tips on how to create the Earth element in your spells. This too is a witch casket exclusive.

Botanical grimoire cards, use them on your alter to represent qualities needed, and to bring their positive energies in. Gold edged and thick card stock, they will last for years. Witch casket exclusive.
Wooden mortar and pestle, just the perfect size for herbs for spell candles, or spell bottles, grind up petals from your garden. Witch casket exclusive.
Full spell/ritual kit, with pencil, paper, black candle and rosemary herb. Everything you need to preform this spell. Bury it! Witch casket exclusive.
Wooden flower press, I’ve wanted one for a long time, I had one as a child. A perfect way to retain the beauty of flowers to add to crafts or your book of shadows. Witch casket exclusive.L

Last but no means least, they added a foraging bag, perfect timing for me. Just been harvesting dandelions!! It’s a thick Hessian bag, with a gorgeous mushroom nature print, it will be an everyday accessory as it’s so useful. Witch casket exclusive.

I realize now I’ve wrote witch casket exclusive on each piece, which is actually surprising. As most boxes are usually similar and all use same wholesale items, so my surprise that they are all in house and only created for these boxes makes it more special. I can’t wait to get using my items, and this time of year it’s a perfectly themed box. I love how it’s adult and not stereotypical or gimmicky, or cringing. It’s a practical way to live more spiritual and designed to make you more mindful of your practice.
