Not sure 3 items qualify as a haul, but it’s the recent things I’ve bought from TikTok. First up I needed to replace my beauty sponge, the irony that one arrives in this month’s #LookFantastic Beauty Box.
Though I confess I adore the marshmallow sponge so I was repurchasing that one. Originally #Coco By Chloe now known as #Clomana
For a Treat I also bought a #Clomana Powder Puff, it’s huge compared to other brand ones, super soft, and thick too. With using my left hand to put make up on with, and just painful hands anyways, the larger sizes make it more disabled friendly.
Next up is food, planning for our camping trip, I bought the #NakedMarshmallow Easter set as it was half price £11.00 RRP £22.00
It comes with the Burner, the Bamboo sticks and 2 Gourmet Marshmallow, 1 Creme Egg Flavour and 1 Mini Egg Flavour. I can’t wait to take these camping with us begining of may, it elevates the evening chill out under the stars to a cosy night together, with delicious sweet treats that go perfectly with hot chocolate, just before bed.

With my upcoming surgery, I know I have to embrace my curly hair more, and while I have some good curly girl shampoo, and conditioner. I need some serum to help reduce the frizz and flyaways, while also define the curls too, and make it feel softer.

Next up was a wild card for me, I bought a perfume from the chemists, Called Verset. Only £5.40 15ml I got Anthea a dupe for Gucci Bloom. Available here

I got the small one so I can keep it in my handbag, or hospital bag as it fits nice and small. The scent lasts all day unlike most cheap dupe perfumes.
Oh gosh, again I saw online a lot of negativity around this month’s box. And while it’s not actually terrible, it is disappointing. Though I will use it all, so can I really complain? I pay £13 a month and I definitely get my money’s worth out of it, as everything gets used.
But it felt a bit too niche, and meh. But that’s just my opinion. You may love it, or hate it worse than me. So what did they give us this month.

Again is this a miss item, I do use scrunchies and being a curly girl satin is good for my hair. But in a box when they are so cheap and easy to pick up. I’m not sure.

Now I saw this online a day or two before mine arrived, so it wasn’t a surprise. And I saw a tonne of negative comments too. And while some are valid, ie brands that have popped up over and over again in these boxes, I didn’t agree with some other comments, but it’s personal isn’t it. I have to say I’m actually really pleased with mine. It couldn’t be more suited to me if they tried.

Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Scrub with Sea Salt 40ml £15.00 I saw most comments about this being in the box along with the gel above, as they are often repeated. However I was chuffed. I’ve used Christophe Robin Rose extracts shampoo before and I adored it, so I have high hopes for this. But I am concerned on the stripping of my pink hair colour?? So maybe try it just before I need to redye it anyways.

#ThisWorks Stress Check Mood Manager Spray 10ml RRP £10 – I love this brand, I have their pillow spray and I love it, but I think I love this one even more! Before yoga I like to spray my mat, it sets my intention and shifts my mood. This was made for that! This was created using FMRI imaging to relieve feelings of stress. How cool. It’s Ylang Ylang and Patchouli and Neroli. Available here
#DrLipp Tinted Lip Balm Super food Elderberry 8ml RRP £6.99 – can be used on eyelids and cheeks too, due to the slight red tint, it gives a gorgeous colour while giving an intense moisturising balm. Thick and hard for me to get out of the tube, but so needed as my lips are so dry in this weather. My value came in at £81.10 which I paid £13.95 for. I could have shopped smarter and got more Elemis for the sake of it as they are high priced items.
